Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2003 🢒 Malibu 🢒 Body and Accessories 🢒 Doors 🢒 Rear Side Door Wiring Harness Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Position the rear door window to the full up position.
  2. Remove the rear door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 590993 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the rubber conduit from the rear door pillar.
  4. Disconnect the rear door wiring harness (1) at the rear door pillar.
  5. Disconnect the rubber conduit from the rear door.

    6. Object Number: 804633 Size: SH
  6. Disconnect the rear door wiring harness from the rear door components.
  7. Disconnect the rear door wiring harness rosebuds from the rear door.
  8. Route the rear door wiring harness through the opening in the rear door and remove the rear door wiring harness from the rear door.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 804633 Size: SH
  1. Position the rear door wiring harness to the rear door.
  2. Route the rear door wiring harness through the opening in the rear door.
  3. Connect the rear door wiring harness rosebuds to the rear door.
  4. Connect the rear door wiring harness to the rear door components.

    5. Object Number: 590993 Size: SH
  5. Connect the rubber conduit to the rear door.
  6. Connect the rear door wiring harness (1) at the rear door pillar.
  7. Connect the rubber conduit to the rear door pillar.
  8. Install the rear door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
