Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector Replacement for Chevrolet Malibu 2004

1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
2. Remove the lower radiator air deflector retainers.
3. Remove the lower radiator air deflector.

Important: Radiator air deflector must be properly installed or reduced A/C and engine cooling system performance could occur.




1. Install the lower radiator air deflector.
2. Install the lower radiator air deflector retainers.
3. Lower the vehicle.
