Battery Voltage Signal: The scan tool displays 0-20 Volts.
The scan tool displays the voltage as received by the Module or the 72-08 battery
voltage message from the BCM over class 2 lines.
Crank Request Signal: The scan tool displays Yes/No. The scan
tool displays No until the ignition is placed into the START position then Yes is
displayed.
GEN F-Terminal Signal: The scan tool displays 0-100%.
The scan tool displays 0-10% until the engine is started and the PCM receives
a signal from the generator then OK is displayed.
GEN L-Terminal Signal: The scan tool displays Voltage/No
Voltage. The scan tool displays Voltage until the engine is running, then displays
No Voltage when the engine is running.
GEN L-Terminal Signal Command: The scan tool displays
On/Off. The scan tool displays Off until the engine is running, then the PCM supplies
then the percentage value varies depending on electrical loads.
Hood Ajar Switch: The scan tool displays Ajar or Closed. The
scan tool displays Closed when the hood is closed. The scan tool display Ajar when
the hood is open.
Idle Boost Level: The scan tool displays the current engine
idle boost level as commanded by the ECM.
Ignition 1 Signal: The scan tool displays 0-20 Volts.
The scan tool displays the voltage as received on the Ignition 1 circuit to the PCM.
Remote Start Attempts: The scan tool displays 0-2 Counts.
The scan tool displays the actual number of remote start attempts on the current ignition
cycle.
Remote Start Disable A: The scan tool displays BTSI Fault, Hazard
On, Hood Ajar, Hood Fault, Ignition, Ext. Crank or None. The scan tool displays BTSI
Fault if there is a BTSI DTC. The scan tool displays Theft Hazard On if the hazard
lights are in the ON position. The scan tool displays Hood Ajar if the hood is opened.
The scan tool displays Hood Fault if there is a hood ajar switch DTC. The scan tool
displays Ext. Crank if the starter has turned over the engine for 30 seconds
and the engine has not started.
Remote Start Disable B: The scan tool displays Key in Ignition,
Battery Voltage, Power Mode or None. The scan tool displays Key in Ignition if the
key is in the ignition. The scan tool displays Battery Voltage if the battery voltage
is to low to support the Remote Vehicle Start (RVS) function. The scan tool displays
Power Mode if the ignition switch is already in the RUN position.
Remote Start Equipped: The scan tool displays Enable or Disable.
The scan tool displays Enable when the remote start function is turned On. The scan
tool displays Disable when the remote start function is turned Off.
Remote Starts Remaining: The scan tool displays 0-2 Counts.
The scan tool displays the amount of remote start attempts that are remaining. There
is a maximum of 2 starts per is ignition cycle.
Remote Start Request: The scan tool displays Yes or No. The
scan tool displays No when the has been 0 requests for the remote start function.
The scan tool displays Yes when in a current remote start event.
Remote Start Timer: The scan tool displays 0-59 Counts.
The scan tool counts down from a 10 minute timer. Each Count that counts off
of the timer is approximately 10 seconds of actual time.
Run/Crank Relay: The scan tool displays On or Off. The scan
tool display actual state of the Run/Crank relay. It will display On when in a remote
start event.
Run/Crank Relay Command: The scan tool displays On or Off. The
scan tool displays the commanded state of the Run/Crank relay.
Starter Relay Circuit Status: The scan tool displays Fault/No
Fault. The scan tool displays Fault if there has been a diagnostic concern with the
start relay control circuit.
Starter Relay Command: The scan tool displays ON/OFF. The scan
tool displays Off until engine start has been requested, then it reads On.
Starter Relay Circuit History: The scan tool displays Fault/OK/Invalid
State. The scan tool displays Fault until the starter relay circuit history is grounded
then OK is displayed.
TR Sw.: The scan tool displays Park, Reverse, Neutral, Drive 4,
Drive 3, Drive 2, Drive 1. The scan tool displays the position
of the transmission range switch.
