Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2006 🢒 Malibu 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Electrical 🢒 Floor Rear Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Right Side

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the console. Refer to Console Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Remove the right front seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket in Seats.
  3. Remove the right front carpet retainer. Refer to Front Carpet Retainer Replacement in Interior Trim.
  4. Remove the right center pillar lower garnish molding. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
  5. Remove the front floor carpet enough to access the right rear floor duct. Refer to Front Floor Panel Carpet Replacement in Interior Trim.

    6. Object Number: 1203590 Size: SH
  6. Remove the right rear floor duct.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1203590 Size: SH
  1. Install the right rear floor duct.
  2. Install the front floor carpet. Refer to Front Floor Panel Carpet Replacement in Interior Trim.
  3. Install the right center pillar lower garnish molding. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
  4. Install the right front carpet retainer. Refer to Front Carpet Retainer Replacement in Interior Trim.
  5. Install the right front seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket in Seats.
  6. Install the console. Refer to Console Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
