Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1282007 Size: SH
  1. Release the tabs and push the door handle bezel from the door trim panel.

    2. Object Number: 1233438 Size: SH
  2. Using a non-marring tool, remove the door trim fastener cover.
  3. Remove the door trim fasteners.

    4. Object Number: 1235714 Size: SH
  4. Remove the fasteners at the rear of the door trim by first pushing in the center of the fastener.
  5. Using a non-marring tool to release the fasteners, remove the door trim.

    6. Object Number: 1235710 Size: SH
  6. If you are installing a new door trim, remove the luggage compartment release switch from the door trim.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1235710 Size: SH
  1. Install the luggage compartment release switch, if necessary.

    2. Object Number: 1233438 Size: SH
  2. Install the door trim.
  3. Install the door trim fasteners to the rear of the door trim.

    4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  4. Install the door trim fasteners.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 8 N·m (70 lb in).

  5. Install the door trim fastener cover.

    6. Object Number: 1282007 Size: SH
  6. Install the door handle bezel to the door trim panel.
