Important: Protect the applique with heavy material tape in order to avoid damaging the underlying paint finish or applique. Do not use a pointed or a sharp instrument for the removal of the applique.

1. Remove the rear door window outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
2. Remove the screws.
3. Remove the frame applique from the rear door.
4. Inspect the nylon anchors (2) to ensure proper anchoring of the screws.



5. Remove the frame applique from the rear door.

1. Install new nylon anchors, if necessary
2. Install the frame applique to the rear door.
3. Align the hole to the nylon anchors (2).
4. Install the screws to the rear door applique (1).
5. Install the outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
