Removal Procedure
  1. Open the rear door.
  2. Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the rear door window regulator motor.

    5. Object Number: 1227644 Size: SH
  5. Remove the rear door window regulator to door screws (1).
  6. Position the rear door window regulator through the access opening to allow removal of the rear door window regulator (2).

    7. Object Number: 1227671 Size: SH
  7. Remove the rear door window regulator motor to regulator screws (1).
  8. Remove the rear door window regulator motor assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1227671 Size: SH
  1. Align the rear door window regulator motor assembly to the rear door window regulator.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the rear door window regulator motor to regulator screws.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the rear door window regulator motor to regulator screws to 6 N·m (53 lb in).

  3. Position the rear door window regulator motor through the opening in the door.
  4. Install the rear door window regulator motor to door screws (1).

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the rear door window regulator motor to door screws to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  5. Connect the electrical connector to the rear door window regulator motor.
  6. Install the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  7. Install the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  8. Close the rear door.
