Sunroof Window Height and Opening Fit Adjustment Extended Cab

  1. Open the sunshade.
  2. Close the sunroof window.

    3. Object Number: 1222454 Size: SH
  3. Loosen the adjusting screws on each side of the sunroof window.
  4. Adjust the corners of the window panel using the following guidelines:
    5. • Adjust the front of the sunroof window flush to 2 mm (0.08 in) below the top surface of the roof panel.
    • Adjust the rear of the sunroof window flush to 2 mm (0.08 in) above the top surface of the roof panel.

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  5. Install the sunroof window adjustment screws.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 5 N·m (44 lb in).
