Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement 60 Percent Side

1. Remove the seat from the vehicle. Refer to Rear Seat Replacement .
2. Remove the seat back trim panel. Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Trim Panel Replacement .
3. Remove the seat cushion outer trim panel. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement .
4. Remove the head restraint guides. Refer to Rear Seat Head Restraint Guide Replacement .
5. Remove the seat belt guide. Refer to Guide Replacement - Rear Seat Shoulder Belt .
6. Remove the armrest. Refer to Rear Seat Armrest Replacement .
7. Remove the seat back filler panel. Refer to Rear Seat Back Filler Panel Replacement .



8. Remove the anchor bolt from the center seat belt.



9. Remove the seat belt anchor.
10. Slip the seat belt anchor through the opening in the top of the seat back cushion.



11. Remove all J-strips and remove the seat back cover and pad from the vehicle.



12. Disconnect the hog rings to remove the seat back cover from the pad.

1. Connect the hog rings to install the seat back cover into the pad.



2. Install the seat back cover and pad to the vehicle and install all J-strips.
3. Slip the seat belt anchor through the opening in the top of the seat back cushion.



4. Install the seat belt anchor.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.




5. Install the anchor bolt to the center seat belt.

Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 35 N·m (25 lb ft).

6. Install the seat back filler panel. Refer to Rear Seat Back Filler Panel Replacement .
7. Install the armrest. Refer to Rear Seat Armrest Replacement .
8. Install the seat belt guide. Refer to Guide Replacement - Rear Seat Shoulder Belt .
9. Install the head restraint guides. Refer to Rear Seat Head Restraint Guide Replacement .
10. Install the seat cushion outer trim panel. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement .
11. Install the seat back trim panel. Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Trim Panel Replacement .
12. Install the seat to the vehicle. Refer to Rear Seat Replacement .

Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement 40 Percent Side

1. Remove the seat from the vehicle. Refer to Rear Seat Replacement .
2. Remove the seat back trim panel. Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Trim Panel Replacement .
3. Remove the seat cushion outer trim panel. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement .
4. Remove the head restraint guides. Refer to Rear Seat Head Restraint Guide Replacement .
5. Remove the seat belt guide. Refer to Guide Replacement - Rear Seat Shoulder Belt .
6. Remove the center seat belt buckles from the seat frame. Refer to Rear Seat Center Belt Buckle Replacement .
7. Remove the inboard cushion trim panel. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Inner Panel Replacement .



8. Remove all J-strips. Remove the seat back cover and pad from the vehicle.



9. Disconnect the hog rings to remove the seat back cover from the pad.

1. Connect the hog rings to install the seat back cover into the pad.



2. Install the seat back cover and pad to the seat frame and fasten all of the J-strips.
3. Install the inboard cushion trim panel. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Inner Panel Replacement .
4. Install the center seat belt buckles to the seat frame. Refer to Rear Seat Center Belt Buckle Replacement .
5. Install the seat belt guide. Refer to Guide Replacement - Rear Seat Shoulder Belt .
6. Install the head restraint guides. Refer to Rear Seat Head Restraint Guide Replacement .
7. Install the seat cushion outer trim panel. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement .
8. Install the seat back trim panel. Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Trim Panel Replacement .
9. Install the seat to the vehicle. Refer to Rear Seat Replacement .
