Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to SIR Caution in the Preface section.

  1. Place the seat in the full up position to relieve tension on the motor.
  2. Remove the front seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .

    3. Object Number: 1331082 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

    4. Object Number: 1331080 Size: SH
  4. Remove the seat motor fastener.

    5. Object Number: 1331083 Size: SH
  5. Remove the seat motor roll pin.

    6. Object Number: 1331085 Size: SH
  6. Remove the seat motor.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1331085 Size: SH
  1. Install the seat motor.

    2. Object Number: 1331083 Size: SH
  2. Install the seat motor roll pin.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1331080 Size: SH
  3. Install the seat motor fastener.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the fastener to 7 N·m (62 lb in).


    Object Number: 1331082 Size: SH
  4. Connect the electrical connectors.
  5. Install the front seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
  6. Verify that the seat operates correctly.
