Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the head restraint assembly. Refer to Front Seat Head Restraint Replacement .
  2. Remove the seat back panel. Refer to Driver Seat and Passenger Seat Back Cushion Finish Panel Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 1365202 Size: SH
  3. Reach up and into the top of the seat back. While pressing the tabs on the bottom of the head restraint guide, pull the guide from the seat back frame.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1283536 Size: SH
  1. Push the head restraint guide into the seat back frame.
  2. Install the seat back panel. Refer to Driver Seat and Passenger Seat Back Cushion Finish Panel Replacement .
  3. Install the head restraint assembly. Refer to Front Seat Head Restraint Replacement .
