Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove both windshield wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement .
2. The hood must be in the open position for the installation of the air inlet grille panel.

Windshield Washer Hose

Tip
Disengage the air inlet panel washer hose at the fender flange connection and hood hinge.

Air Inlet Grille Panel Integral Tab (Qty: 6)

Procedure

1. Locate the four passenger side air inlet grille panel integral tabs first under the windshield edge.
2. Locate the two driver side integral tabs second under the windshield edge.
3. Place the air inlet grille panel over both windshield wiper arm pivot shafts.
4. Ensure the windshield washer hose is positioned properly in the air inlet grille panel tunnel clip.
5. Secure the two plastic retainers.
6. Secure the three metal clips to the air inlet grille panel and plenum flange.
