    Object Number: 1838542 Size: SH
  1. Install a NEW right exhaust manifold gasket.

    2. Object Number: 1838541 Size: SH
  2. Install the right exhaust manifold.

    3. Object Number: 1838540 Size: SH
  3. Loosely install the right exhaust manifold upper bolts into the right cylinder head.

    4. Object Number: 1838537 Size: SH
  4. Loosely install the right exhaust manifold upper bolts into the right cylinder head.

    5. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  5. Tighten the right exhaust manifold bolts.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the right exhaust manifold bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  6. Place the right exhaust manifold heat shield in position.

    7. Object Number: 1838530 Size: SH
  7. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts.

    8. Tighten
    Tighten the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
