Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the front floor console accessory trim plate. Refer to Front Floor Console Accessory Trim Plate Replacement .
2. Remove the right side front floor console extension trim panel. Refer to Front Floor Console Extension Panel Replacement - Right Side .
3. Remove the left side front floor console extension trim panel. Refer to Front Floor Console Extension Panel Replacement - Left Side .

Front Floor Console Bolt Cover (Qty: 2)

Procedure

Use a flat-bladed plastic trim tool to remove the covers from the console.

Front Floor Console Bolt (Qty: 4)

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

Procedure

Move the front seat forward to access the rear front floor console bolts and then move the seat rearward to access the front floor console front bolts.

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)

Front Floor Console Screw (Qty: 4)

Tighten
2.5 N·m (22 lb in)

Front Floor Console Assembly

Procedure

1. Disconnect the electrical connections.
2. With the aid of an assistant, remove the front floor console assembly from the vehicle.
3. When replacing the front floor console assembly, transfer all necessary components.
