Condition
Some customers may comment about loose or damaged rocker moldings.
Cause
GM Engineering is interested in understanding the cause for rocker molding repairs. Complete the following steps:
- Verify that the VIN and mileage are listed correctly on the repair order.
- Document the customer's concern - be specific.
- Describe the cause of the customer's concern, including description of the specific location.
- Photograph the concern prior to making any repairs.
- Document the specific steps taken to repair the customer's concern.
- Send an e-mail to rayleen.hustyi@gm.com with the following information:
- Repair/replace the rocker molding as necessary.
