The purpose of this bulletin is to announce the availability of the steering wheel shroud.
Steering Wheel Shroud with Manual Shift Control "Tap Up and Tap Down" (RPO KB7) Shown
The steering wheel shroud (1) may become damaged when removing the supplemental inflatable restraint (SIR) module from the steering wheel.
If the shroud is damaged, replace the steering wheel shroud ONLY . Refer to Steering Wheel Shroud Replacement in SI. DO NOT replace the complete steering wheel assembly.
