Preliminary Procedures

1. Position the window approximately half way down in the door.
2. Remove the interior trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.
3. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement.
4. Remove the front door window inner sealing strip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Inner Sealing Strip Replacement.
5. Remove the front door inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement.

Front Door Window Regulator Sash Bolt (Qty: 2)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Procedure

Using mask tape, tape off the outer door frame to prevent scratches.

Tighten
10 N·m (89 lb in)

Front Door Window

Procedure

1. Loosen the window regulator sash bolts, pull upward to release the window from the sash.
2. Rotate the front door window as necessary to remove it from the door.
