Preliminary Procedure Remove the instrument panel compartment assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement .
1	Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Assembly Procedure Reach through the indicated opening and release the lower tabs securing the air outlet to the instrument panel. Grasp the air outlet and pull downward and outward removing it from the instrument panel.

Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Assembly

Reach through the indicated opening and release the lower tabs securing the air outlet to the instrument panel.
Grasp the air outlet and pull downward and outward removing it from the instrument panel.
