Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1790125 Size: SH
  1. Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the fuel tank fuel pump module wiring harness electrical connector (1) from the fuel tank pressure sensor.

    3. Object Number: 1791484 Size: SH
  3. Gently pull upward in order to remove the fuel tank pressure sensor from the fuel tank module.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1791484 Size: SH
  1. Lightly lubricate the sensor seal with clean engine oil.
  2. Press the sensor down fully into the fuel tank module.

    3. Object Number: 1790125 Size: SH
  3. Connect the fuel tank fuel pump module wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the fuel tank pressure sensor.
  4. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
