🢒 Front Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement
Removal Procedure
Remove the front seat. Refer to
Front Seat Replacement - Bucket
.
Remove the recliner handle. Refer to
Driver Seat and Passenger Seat Recliner Handle Replacement
.
Remove the inner and outer trim covers. Refer to
Front Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement
.
Remove the J-strips from the seat frame.
Remove the J-strip on the recliner rod.
If the vehicle is equipped with a heated seat, disconnect the heated seat wiring connector.
Remove the seat cushion cover and pad from the seat frame.
Remove the hog rings from the under side of the seat cushion.
Pull the cushion cover (1) off of the pad (2).
Installation Procedure
Push the cushion cover (1) over the cushion pad (2).
Important:
Verify that the listing wire is aligned with the trim cover.
Install the hog rings on the under side of the seat cushion.
Install the seat cushion cover and pad onto the seat frame.
If the vehicle is equipped with a heated seat, connect the heated seat wiring connector.
Install the J-strips to the seat frame. Start at the front end and work toward the rear.
Install the J-strip to the recliner rod.
Install the recliner handle. Refer to
Driver Seat and Passenger Seat Recliner Handle Replacement

Install the inner and outer trim covers. Refer to
Front Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement

Install the front seat. Refer to
Front Seat Replacement - Bucket
