Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement for Chevrolet Metro 1998

1. Drain the engine cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.
2. Raise and properly support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
3. Release the two hose clamps in order to remove the lower radiator hose at the radiator and the coolant pump inlet pipe.

1. Connect the lower radiator hose to the radiator.
2. Install the coolant pump inlet pipe.
3. Secure the lower radiator hose and the coolant pump inlet pipe with the hose clamps.
4. Lower the vehicle.
5. Refill the engine cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.
