Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 1998 🢒 Metro 🢒 Transmission/Transaxle 🢒 Automatic Transmission - 3 Speed-M60 🢒 Fluid Pan, Filter Screen and Fluid Pipes Removal

    Object Number: 143260 Size: SH
  1. Remove the fluid pan bolts (4).
  2. Remove the fluid pan guard (3).
  3. Remove the fluid pan (2) and the gasket (1).

  4. Remove the forward clutch accumulator fluid pipe (3) from the lower valve body (2) .
  5. Remove the second brake fluid pipe (1)  from the lower valve body (2) .

    6. Object Number: 143263 Size: SH
  6. Remove the filter screen bolts, noting the position of the solenoid wire clamp (2) .
  7. Remove the fluid filter screen (1)  from the lower valve body.
  8. Inspect the filter screen mesh for the following conditions:
    9. • Clutch material
    • Steel particles
    • Other particulate matter
