  1. Remove the fuel feed and return pipe retaining clip bolt.
  2. Remove the fuel feed and return pipe retaining clip.
  3. Remove the engine coolant sensor electrical connector.
  4. Remove the camshaft position sensor electrical connector.
  5. Remove the fuel injector rail mounting bolts.
  6. Remove the fuel injector rail.
  7. Remove the coolant by-pass pipe hose clamp from the water inlet.
  8. Remove the water inlet mounting bolt and stud.
  9. Remove the water inlet and gasket.
  10. Remove the coolant by-pass pipe mounting bolt at the oil level indicator.
  11. Remove the coolant by-pass pipe.
  12. Remove the water outlet mounting bolts.
  13. Remove the water outlet and thermostat.
  14. Remove the lower intake manifold mounting bolts.
  15. Remove the lower intake manifold and gasket.
