Engine Cranks/Cranks Slowly, but Does Not Start for Chevrolet Monte Carlo 1998

Perform the preliminary inspection. Refer to Starting System Check . If no problems are found during the preliminary inspection refer to Vehicle Theft Deterrent (VTD) Description in Theft Deterrent. If the engine still cranks slowly and will not start, refer to Starter Motor Inspection .
