Wheel Speed Sensor Jumper Harness Replacement Right Rear

Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable hoist. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Remove the right rear wheel bearing and the speed sensor assembly. Refer to Wheel Speed Sensor Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 155165 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the right rear wheel speed sensor jumper harness electrical connector (2) from the body connector (3) or the rear ABS connector.
  4. Remove the right rear wheel speed sensor jumper harness (1) from the restraints.

    5. Object Number: 155161 Size: SH
  5. Remove the right rear wheel speed sensor harness (1) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 155161 Size: SH
  1. Install the right rear wheel speed sensor harness (1) onto the vehicle.

    2. Object Number: 155165 Size: SH
  2. Install the right rear wheel speed sensor jumper harness (1) onto the restraints.
  3. Connect the right rear wheel speed sensor jumper harness electrical connector (2) to the body connector (3) or the rear ABS connector.
  4. Install the right rear wheel bearing and the speed sensor assembly. Refer to Wheel Speed Sensor Replacement .

Wheel Speed Sensor Jumper Harness Replacement Front

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 155156 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the front wheel speed sensor jumper harness to ABS harness connector (8).
  2. Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable hoist. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  3. Remove the harness (4) from the splash shield retaining clip (5).
  4. Remove the harness (4) from the control arm retaining clips (3).
  5. Disconnect the front wheel speed jumper harness connector from the front wheel sensor.
  6. Remove the front wheel speed sensor jumper harness.

Installation Procedure
  1. Connect the front wheel speed sensor jumper harness connector to the wheel speed sensor.

    2. Object Number: 155156 Size: SH
  2. Install the harness (4) to control arm retaining clips (3).
  3. Install the harness (4) to splash shield retaining clip (5).
  4. Lower the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  5. Connect the front wheel speed sensor jumper harness to ABS harness connector (8).
  6. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, with the engine off.
  7. Perform the Diagnosis System Check. Refer to Diagnostic System Check .
