Perform the preliminary inspection. Refer to Starting System Check . If no problems are found during the preliminary inspection refer to Theft Deterrent System: Pass Key II in Electrical Diagnosis. If the engine still cranks slowly and will not start, refer to Starter Motor Inspection .
