Control Valve Assembly

•	Stuck 1-2 Accumulator valve

•	Mislocated or missing 1-2 Accumulator bushing retainer

Mislocated

Driven Sprocket Support

•	Rolled or twisted seal for the driven sprocket support ring

•	Worn sleeve in the second clutch housing
