For 1990-2009 cars only
- Park the vehicle on a flat, level surface.
- Inspect the fit of the auxiliary weatherstrips to the door openings.
- Inspect the fit of the doors to the weatherstrips on the door openings.
- Inspect the rear compartment lid weatherstrip.
- If it is necessary to determine where to perform a localized leak test, use a water test stand and perform a generalized leak test first. Refer to Generalized Testing .
- If it is evident where to perform a localized leak test, begin the testing at this point. Refer to Localized Testing (Spot Testing) .
