The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
When replacing an engine cradle assembly on a 2000-2005 Chevrolet Impala or Monte Carlo the dealer will receive the latest updated cradle.
Recommendation/Instructions:
The cradle/frame assembly that the dealer will receive is part number 15792166. In order to install this cradle in the vehicle the dealer will need to order the following insulators and hardware:

Note: If replacing the insulators on an original cradle then see the parts catalog group 9.023 for the proper part numbers and application.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
