There is a latch located on the back of the front passenger seat that enables the seatback to fold forward.

This allows more room for entry and exit of rear seat passengers.

To fold the seatback forward, push the seatback toward the rear of the vehicle and lift the latch. The seatback will fold forward. When returning the seatback to the upright position, make sure the latch is returned to the down position.

Caution: If either seatback is not locked, it could move forward in a sudden stop or crash. That could cause injury to the person sitting there. Always push and pull on the seatbacks to be sure they are locked.
