Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2007 🢒 Monte Carlo 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 3.9L 🢒 Lower Intake Manifold Removal

    Object Number: 1645446 Size: SH

    Important: NEVER remove the lower intake manifold with the fuel injection wiring harness and lifter oil manifold assembly (LOMA) connector attached. Failure to do so may cause damage to the LOMA and LOMA wiring connector.

  1. Disconnect the coolant temperature sensor (1).
  2. Disconnect the camshaft position (CMP) sensor (2).

    3. Object Number: 1811724 Size: SH
  3. Remove the LOMA connector bolts.
  4. Disconnect the LOMA connector.
  5. Remove the fuel injector rail bolts.
  6. Remove the fuel rail assembly.

    7. Object Number: 54281 Size: SH
  7. Remove the lower intake manifold bolts and discard.
  8. Remove the lower intake manifold.
