For 1990-2009 cars only
- Install a NEW oil manifold gasket (4).
- Install a NEW oil manifold filter (3) in the oil manifold (2).
- Install the oil manifold (2).
- Install the oil manifold bolts (1).
Important:
• All gasket surfaces should be free of oil or other foreign material during assembly. • Do not allow dirt or debris to enter the oil passages of the manifold. Plug as required. • Do not reuse the manifold gasket. Always install a NEW service gasket during assembly. • Do not reuse the LOMA oil manifold filter. Always install a NEW filter during assembly.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.
Tighten
Tighten the manifold bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).
