This bulletin supplements Product Safety Campaign Bulletin 91-C-51 issued June, 1995. Specifically, pages 11 & 12 of the bulletin should be eliminated from your file now that all Divisions are operating on the WINS claims system. The revised WINS claim information is printed below. This supplement should be filed with your campaign material.

* After all records have been searched, submit one claim for the total time. The total time should be 0.5 hours times the total number of names and addresses found. The total time for T2620 should be entered in Regular Labor Hours.
** For Campaign Administrative Allowance, add 0.1 hours to the "Labor Hours".
*** The "Parts Allowance" should be the sum total of the current GMSPO Dealer Net price plus 30% of all parts required for the repair.
**** Use appropriate part number for either 16 or 20 gallon tank.
