Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the mirror cover. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Opening Cover Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 1939960 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the mirror electrical connectors (1).

    3. Caution: When working with any type of glass or sheet metal with exposed or rough edges, wear approved safety glasses and gloves in order to reduce the chance of personal injury.


    Object Number: 1939958 Size: SH

    Important: Push the mirror face (1) inward at the bottom of the face until full travel is reached. Pull the mirror face (1) from the top to release the mirror face retaining clips.

  3. Remove the mirror face (1) from the mirror (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1939958 Size: SH

    Important: Push the mirror face (2) into the mirror (1) until an audible click is heard.

  1. Install the mirror face (1) to the outside rearview mirror (2).

    2. Object Number: 1939960 Size: SH
  2. Connect the electrical connectors (1).
  3. Install the mirror cover. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Opening Cover Replacement.
  4. Inspect the mirror for correct operation.
