Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1289423 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Disconnect the intake air temperature (IAT) sensor connector.
  3. Remove the IAT sensor.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1289423 Size: SH
  1. Install the IAT sensor.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the IAT sensor to 22 N·m (16 lb ft).

  2. Connect the IAT sensor connector.
  3. Connect the negative battery cable.
