Tools Required

J 28467-B  (DW117) Universal Engine Support Fixture

1. Remove the battery. Refer to Battery and Battery Tray Replacement in Engine Electrical.
2. Install J 28467-B  (1).



3. Remove the left transaxle mounting bolts.



4. Remove the cage bolts (1, 3) and nut (2) from the left transaxle mounting bracket.
5. Remove the mounting bracket.

1. Install the left transaxle mounting bracket.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

2. Install the cage bolts (1, 3) and nut (2) to the mounting bracket.

Tighten

•	Tighten the bolt (3) to 110 N·m (81 lb ft).

•	Tighten the bolt (1) to 65 N·m (48 lb ft).

•	Tighten the nut (2) to 65 N·m (48 lb ft).




3. Install the left transaxle mounting bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 48 N·m (35 lb ft).




4. Remove J 28467-B  (1).
5. Install the battery. Refer to Battery and Battery Tray Replacement in Engine Electrical.
