1. Remove the automatic temperature control (ATC) Controller.
2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
3. Turn the A/C switch to ON.
4. Measure the voltage between ground and terminal  A11 on the controller.

Is the voltage measured within the specified range?

11-14 V

Go to HVAC Preliminary Checks

Go to Step 2

Replace the ATC controller.
