Symptoms - Bluetooth Communication Holden Genuine Accessory

Important: Review the system operation in order to familiarize yourself with the system functions. Refer to Bluetooth Communication Description and Operation.

•	Ignition is turned OFF. Make sure to turn ON ignition when using Bluetooth communication.

•	The Bluetooth communication is already connected to another paired cellular phone. Make sure to turn OFF other paired cellular phone(s) in the vehicle.

•	The cellular phone is not paired to the Bluetooth module. Make sure to pair the cellular phone to the Bluetooth module. Refer to Bluetooth Communication Description and Operation.

•	Automatic connection not set on cellular phone. Make sure authorised connection is enabled for Bluetooth communication. Refer to owner’s handbook of the cellular phone.

•	The cellular phone is not supported.

•	Inspect for other aftermarket devices which could affect the operation of the system. Refer to Checking Aftermarket Accessories.

•	Inspect the easily accessible or visible system components for obvious damage or conditions which could cause the symptom.

Faulty electrical connections or wiring may be the cause of intermittent conditions. Refer to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections.
