Removal Procedure
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Disconnect the stoplamp switch electrical connector.
- Twist the switch, and remove the switch from the brake pedal bracket.
Warning: Refer to Battery Disconnect Warning in the Preface section.
Installation Procedure
- Adjust the stoplamp switch. Refer to Stop Lamp Switch Adjustment.
- Connect the negative battery cable.
