Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2006 🢒 Optra - Mexico 🢒 Transmission/Transaxle 🢒 Automatic Transaxle - Aisin (81-40LE) 🢒 Oil Pump Assemble

    Object Number: 1246011 Size: SH
  1. Install the oil pump drive gear and driven gear.

    2. Object Number: 1246012 Size: SH
  2. Align the stator shaft with each bolt hole.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the 8 bolts.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 9.8 N·m (87 lb in).

    Notice: Use extreme care when working around oil seals. Damage to the lip of a seal will cause oil leaks.

  4. Turn the drive gear with 2 screwdrivers and make sure it rotates smoothly.
