Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2008 🢒 Optra - Mexico 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 1.8L (LDA) 🢒 Exhaust Manifold Installation

    Object Number: 1701524 Size: SH
  1. Install the exhaust manifold gasket, then the exhaust manifold on the cylinder head.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the exhaust manifold retaining nuts and tighten in the sequence shown.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the exhaust manifold retaining nuts to 35 N·m (26 lb ft).

  3. Install the exhaust flex pipe retaining nuts to the exhaust manifold studs.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the exhaust pipe to manifold retaining nuts to 35 N·m (26 lb ft).

  4. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the exhaust manifold bolts to 15 N·m (11 lb ft).

  5. Connect the negative battery cable.
