Tail Lamp Replacement Four Door

Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.




1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the nuts and the lamp assembly.
3. Remove the bulbs.

1. Install the bulbs.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

2. Install the lamp assembly with the nuts.

Tighten
Tighten the tail lamp assembly nuts to 4 N·m (35 lb in).

3. Connect the negative battery cable.

Tail Lamp Replacement Five Door

Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.




1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the tail lamp assembly screws.
3. Slide the tail lamp assembly toward the hatch opening and remove the tail lamp assembly.
4. Remove the bulbs.

1. Install the bulbs.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

2. Install the lamp assembly with the screws.

Tighten
Tighten the tail lamp assembly screws to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

3. Connect the negative battery cable.

Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.




1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the tail lamp assembly screws.
3. Remove the tail lamp assembly.
4. Remove the bulbs.

1. Install the bulbs.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

2. Install the lamp assembly with the screws.

Tighten
Tighten the tail lamp assembly screws to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

3. Connect the negative battery cable.
