Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1289968 Size: SH
  1. Remove the rotor. Refer to Front Brake Rotor Replacement.
  2. Remove the screws for the splash shield from the steering knuckle.
  3. Remove the splash shield.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1289969 Size: SH
  1. Install the splash shield.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Secure the splash shield to the steering knuckle with the screws and tighten to 4 N·m (35 lb in).
  3. Install the rotor. Refer to Front Brake Rotor Replacement.
