Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 1998 🢒 Prizm 🢒 HVAC 🢒 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning 🢒 Vent Control Cable Adjustment
  1. Remove the instrument panel (IP) compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.

    2. Object Number: 325441 Size: SH
  2. Remove the fresh/recirc control cable from the clip at the HVAC module assembly.
  3. Set the fresh/recirc lever to RECIRC.
  4. Hold the door lever fully forward (counter clockwise).
  5. Install the cable to the clip.
  6. Test the cable for smooth operation.
  7. Test that the door opens fully in both directions.
  8. Install the IP compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
