Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 325487 Size: SH
  1. Remove the center console trim bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  2. Remove the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.

    3. Important: Note the routing of the cable to make installation easier.

  3. Remove the mode control cable from the HVAC module assembly.

    4. Object Number: 325428 Size: SH
  4. Remove the two screws (5) and pull the HVAC control unit forward.
  5. Remove the mode control cable (4) from the HVAC control unit.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 325428 Size: SH
  1. Position the mode control cable in the vehicle. Route the cable as previously noted.
  2. Install the mode control cable (4) to the HVAC control unit.
  3. Install the HVAC control unit to the instrument panel. Secure with the two screws (5).

  4. Install the mode control cable to the HVAC module assembly.
  5. Adjust the control cable. Refer to Mode Control Cable Adjustment .
  6. Install the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  7. Install the center console trim bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
