Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 244262 Size: LH
  1. Remove the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement.
  2. Remove the heater core (1). Refer to Heater Core Replacement .
  3. Remove the blower motor cover (2).
  4. Remove the eleven screws and separate the HVAC module assembly case halves.
  5. Remove the evaporator core (4).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 244262 Size: LH

    Important: If the evaporator was replaced add 60 ml (2.0 fl oz) of compressor oil.

  1. Install the evaporator core (4) to the HVAC module assembly.
  2. Install the top half of the HVAC module assembly (3) and secure with the eleven screws.
  3. Install the heater core (1). Refer to Heater Core Replacement .
  4. Install the blower motor cover (2).
  5. Install the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement.
