Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 328053 Size: SH
  1. Remove the center console trim bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  2. Remove the blower speed switch knob by pulling the knob away from the HVAC control unit.
  3. Remove the two screws (5) and pull the HVAC control unit (4) forward.
  4. Remove the illumination bulbs (2).
  5. Disconnect the blower speed switch electrical connector.
  6. Disconnect the A/C switch electrical connector.
  7. Remove the two screws (1) and the blower speed switch (3) from the HVAC control unit.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 328053 Size: SH
  1. Install the blower speed switch (3) to the HVAC control unit (4). Secure the blower speed switch with the two screws (1).
  2. Install the illumination bulbs.
  3. Connect the A/C switch electrical connector.
  4. Connect the blower speed switch electrical connector.
  5. Install the HVAC control unit (4) to the instrument panel. Secure with the two screws (5).
  6. Install blower speed switch knob.
  7. Install the center console trim bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
