Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 415683 Size: SH
  1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to Disabling the SIR System .
  2. Remove the driver front seat back cover. Refer to Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement in Seats.

    3. Object Number: 415869 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the inflatable restraint side impact module electrical connector (3).
  4. Remove the inflatable restraint side impact module fasteners (1).
  5. Remove the inflatable restraint side impact module (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 415869 Size: SH
  1. Install the inflatable restraint side impact module (2).
  2. Install the inflatable restraint side impact module fasteners (1).
  3. Connect the inflatable restraint side impact module electrical connector (3).

    4. Object Number: 415683 Size: SH
  4. Install the driver front seat back cover. Refer to Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement in Seats.
  5. Enable the SIR system. Refer to Enabling the SIR System .
