| Inspect for the following
conditions:
| • | Correct battery installation |
| • | Correct battery terminal installation |
| • | Correct battery cable installation |
| • | Clean and tight ground connections |
| • | Excessive battery terminal corrosion |
| • | Cracking or other damage |
| • | Correct battery voltage |
| • | The battery hydrometer displays a green dot |
| • | The generator wiring for damage or poor connections |
| • | Correctly torqued generator mounting bolts |
| • | Correct drive belt installation |
|
| • | The battery is installed correctly. |
| • | The battery terminals are installed correctly. |
| • | The battery cables are installed correctly. |
| • | The ground connections are clean and tight. |
| • | The battery terminals are clean and tight. |
| • | The battery is not physically damaged. |
| • | Battery voltage is approximately 11.5-13.0 volts. |
| • | The battery hydrometer displays a green dot. |
| • | The wiring is in serviceable condition. |
| • | The generator is mounted correctly. |
| • | The drive belt is installed correctly. |
|
| • | Clean, tighten or repair the wiring and connections as necessary.
