THE HEAT GENERATED FROM THE SOUND SYSTEM, ELECTRICAL, AND HVAC COMPONENTS IS NOT PROVIDED SUFFICIENT VENTILATION.
DRILL NINE (9) 1/2 INCH HOLES INTO THE INSTRUMENT PANEL USING THE ATTACHED TEMPLATE (SEE FIGURE 1 FOR TEMPLATE PLACEMENT).
SERVICE PROCEDURE
1. REMOVE THE RADIO/CASSETTE PLAYER (REFERENCE 1994-95 S/T MODEL SERVICE MANUAL). 2. DRILL NINE HOLES INTO THE INSTRUMENT PANEL USING THE ATTACHED TEMPLATE (SEE FIGURE 1 FOR TEMPLATE PLACEMENT). HOLES SHOULD BE DRILLED FROM THE INSIDE OF THE RADIO OPENING.
3. INSTALL THE RADIO/CASSETTE PLAYER.
